Log your exercises and track your goals and training using graphs. Workouts can be seen from weekly workouts main screen. From where you can track how well you have met your set goals for muscle and cardio trainings. Your weekly exercise goals are divided into tho halves, cardio and muscle training. Exercise pie chart shows how well those goals have been met in different time durations.

More detailed information and graphs can be get from particular exercise by searching exercises by name.

Workouts and exercises are written in free form text into program. So you can log any exercises you want from gym exercises to exercises done at home. Once entered exercises are stored into programs database and can be selected quickly when needed to feed same exercise again.

Workouts can be exported in CSV format using email.
